What is collected

The form collects your work email, company name, optional notes, one questionnaire file, and the trusted documents you choose to upload.

How uploads are used

Uploaded files are used to fill the questionnaire and create the review page. Do not upload passwords, private keys, production secrets, or raw customer personal data.

Storage and deletion

Uploaded files are stored temporarily for processing. The operating rule is to delete customer upload files after review unless you ask otherwise. Temporary result ZIPs used for email delivery are deleted from delivery storage after the result email is accepted by the email service.

Service providers

SaneCite uses Cloudflare for hosting and temporary upload storage, and Resend for email delivery. Uploaded documents may be processed with AI and document-reading tools to fill the questionnaire and make the review page.
